Terms of Service
Effective 1 November 2026 · Version 1.0
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply when you use the Blink website at blinkapp.asia, the Blink apps, the Blink business portal or the Blink API to book, pay for or receive deliveries. Blink is operated by Exodia Labs Sdn Bhd, a company incorporated in Malaysia ("Blink", "we", "us").
By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Notice, our Cancellation & Refund Policy and our Delivery Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Blink. Drivers are covered by the separate Driver Service Agreement.
1. What Blink does
Blink is an on-demand delivery platform. You tell us what needs to move, from where to where, and which vehicle you need. We show you an upfront price, match your order with an independent driver near the pickup, track the delivery live and record proof of delivery.
Deliveries are carried out by independent drivers who use their own vehicles and who have been verified and approved by Blink. Blink arranges and manages the delivery, takes payment and is your point of contact for any problem with an order.
The service currently operates in the Klang Valley. The Delivery Policy explains service areas, vehicle limits, delivery speeds and proof of delivery.
2. Your account
You sign in with your mobile number (verified by a one-time code) or with Google or Apple. You must be at least 18 years old, give accurate details and keep your account secure. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
Business accounts are opened by a company or sole proprietor registered in Malaysia. The person opening the account confirms they are authorised to bind the business. Businesses can invite team members and are responsible for what their team members and API keys do.
We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse of drivers or staff, prohibited goods, chargeback abuse or repeated breaches of these Terms. Where reasonable we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond first.
3. Placing an order
When you book, you confirm that the pickup and drop-off details, the description of the goods, the weight and the size are accurate, that the goods fit the vehicle you chose, and that the goods are not prohibited.
You can add up to 20 stops on one order (including the pickup), schedule an order from 15 minutes to 14 days ahead, and choose a delivery speed (Express, Within 4 hours, Same day or Next day). Recipient details you give us are used only to complete the delivery.
Someone must be available at the pickup to hand over the goods and at each drop-off to receive them. If the driver cannot complete a delivery, the Delivery Policy explains what happens next.
A contract for each delivery is formed when your order is confirmed (and, for online payment, when payment is authorised).
4. Prices, fees and payment
Every order shows the full price before you confirm it. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The price is made up of a base fare for the vehicle (covering the first 5 km), a per-kilometre charge for the route distance, a charge for each extra stop and any add-ons you choose. Current rates are on our Pricing page.
At busy times a demand multiplier of up to 1.5× may apply; it is always shown in the quote before you book. You may add an optional priority fee, which goes entirely to the driver.
Optional add-ons include door-to-door carrying (RM 15 for cars and larger), an extra helper (RM 40 for vans, 4x4 pickups and lorries), cash-on-delivery collection (RM 2) and a round trip (60% of the trip price).
Waiting time: each vehicle includes free loading time at the pickup (10 minutes for a motorcycle up to 90 minutes for a 17ft lorry). After that, a waiting fee applies for each started 30 minutes, as listed on the Pricing page. Waiting fees go to the driver.
If something changes after booking (for example, extra waiting time, an added stop or a change you request), the fare can be adjusted. Increases of up to RM 5.00 are applied automatically and shown on your receipt; larger increases are sent to you to confirm and are not charged unless you accept within 24 hours.
Payment methods: online payment (cards, FPX online banking and e-wallets processed by our payment partner Curlec), your Blink wallet balance, cash to the driver, cash from the recipient ("recipient pays", where the recipient pays the fare in cash at the drop-off you nominate), or a business credit account where approved.
Online payments are processed by Curlec (a Razorpay company). Blink does not see or store your full card number.
Every completed order has a receipt you can download from the order page. Business accounts receive invoices and, where required, e-invoices through LHDN MyInvois.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel free of charge before a driver is assigned and for 5 minutes after. After that a cancellation fee of 50% of the base fare applies, rising to 100% of the base fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. The exact fee is shown before you confirm a cancellation.
Full details, including no-show fees and how online payments are refunded, are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Cash on delivery and recipient pays
Business customers can ask the driver to collect cash for goods from the recipient (cash on delivery). The driver collects the exact amount shown on the order and Blink remits collected amounts to the business, normally within 2 business days after delivery, less any fees owed. The collected amount is not part of the delivery fare.
With recipient pays, the recipient you nominate pays the delivery fare in cash. If the recipient refuses to pay, the sender remains responsible for the fare.
7. Prohibited goods
You must not send anything that is illegal to possess or carry in Malaysia, or anything dangerous. The full list of prohibited and restricted goods is in our Delivery Policy. A driver may refuse goods that appear to be prohibited, unsafe or not as described. If prohibited goods are found, we may cancel the order (cancellation fees may apply), keep the goods safe and, where required, report the matter to the authorities.
8. Loss, damage and Goods Protection
If goods are lost or damaged while in a driver's care, you can make a claim within 7 days after the order is completed or closed. Without Goods Protection, our liability for loss of or damage to goods is limited to RM 200.00 per order.
Goods Protection is an optional add-on you choose at booking by declaring the value of your goods. It costs 1% of the declared value (minimum RM 1.00, maximum RM 500.00) and raises the amount we will pay for proven loss or damage up to the declared value, subject to a cap per vehicle (for example RM 3000.00 by motorcycle and RM 5000.00 by car). Goods Protection is Blink's own limited liability cover; it is not an insurance policy.
We do not cover: goods that were prohibited or not as described, inadequate packing, normal wear, perishable goods spoiling through no delay of ours, indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profit), or loss caused by you or the recipient.
How to claim is described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other law that cannot be excluded.
9. Conduct and ratings
Please treat drivers and our staff with respect. Abuse, harassment, threats or discrimination lead to account suspension.
After each delivery you and the driver can rate each other. Ratings help us keep the service safe and fair; very low ratings from drivers and repeated no-shows can lead to a review of your account. You can mark drivers as favourites or block a driver you do not want to be matched with again.
You may chat with the driver in the app while an order is active. Chats and calls are for the delivery only.
10. Promotions, points and referrals
Promo codes are subject to the conditions shown with them (such as validity dates, minimum spend and one use per customer), cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn if misused.
Blink Points: you earn 1 point for each RM 1 you pay for completed deliveries, with a multiplier for higher tiers (Silver and Gold). Each point is worth 1 sen off a future delivery. You can redeem from 100 points, for up to 50% of an order's price. Points expire 12 months after they are earned, have no cash value and are forfeited if an account is closed or the points were earned through misuse.
Referrals: when someone you invite completes their first delivery, you and they each receive a RM 10.00 credit (or the reward shown in the app at the time), up to 10 rewarded referrals per month. Self-referrals and referrals between accounts sharing the same device or network are not rewarded.
We may change or end a promotion, the points programme or referral rewards with notice in the app; points already earned remain usable until they expire.
11. Blink wallet
Your Blink wallet holds credits such as refunds you chose to receive as credit, referral rewards and goodwill credits. The balance can be used to pay for deliveries. Wallet credit is not a deposit, does not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another account. Refunds that came from an online payment can be returned to the original payment method on request, as described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
12. Business accounts, credit and API
Business customers can be offered a credit account with a credit limit and monthly invoicing. Invoices are payable by the due date shown. If an invoice is more than 15 days overdue we may pause new bookings on credit until it is paid.
API keys and integrations (including our WooCommerce plugin and webhooks) must be kept secret and used only for your own deliveries. We may rate-limit or suspend keys that harm the service.
13. Our platform
The Blink apps, website, software and brand belong to Exodia Labs Sdn Bhd or its licensors. You may use them only to use the service. Do not copy, reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with the platform.
14. Availability and changes
We work to keep Blink available, but we cannot promise that a driver will always be available or that the service will be free of interruptions. If no driver accepts your order, it is cancelled free of charge and any online payment is refunded in full.
We may update these Terms. We will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email before they apply. Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in force when they were placed.
15. Complaints, governing law and disputes
If something goes wrong, contact us first through the order page, the Help Centre or support@blinkapp.asia. We aim to reply within one business day and to resolve most complaints within 7 days.
If you are a consumer and are not satisfied with our response, you may refer a complaint to the National Consumer Complaints Centre or file a claim with the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia, in line with the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Subject to your rights as a consumer, the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
